The Color Mixing Watercolor Kit allows you to explore watercolors while you mix them. Stay creative in your art practice as you try new colors on several different printed drawings.

You’ll also receive printable resources. Print the watercolor techniques worksheet to get ideas for using different watercolor techniques as you paint. Print the color mixing PDF resources on watercolor paper to try more color combinations or paint new color wheels.

Available with paint dots or without them if you have your own paint you want to use.

How to Use Watercolor Kits:

Paint: Peel the paint off the wax paper and place in a paint palette. Add water. Mix until smooth. Add more water if you want a lighter color and less water if you want a darker color. 

Color Wheel: Mix your colors to create new colors. Use the color wheel to keep track of the colors you mix. Start with red, blue, and yellow. Then, mix red and yellow to make orange, blue and yellow to make green, and red and blue to make purple. Mix those colors to create even more colors. 

Drawings: Use your colors to play with watercolor techniques. Refer to the watercolor technique pdf for some ideas.
